Today, our awesome 2nd graders performed their Music concert for the whole school! 'Pajama Party'! Dressed in Pjs, with their favorite stuffed animal, singing songs about getting ready for bed, to checking under the bed for monsters!
In our classes, we plan teach how to be a good audience memebers.
At a concert or performance,
To be safe, I will remain seated in my spot.
To be responsible, I will pay attention to the performers with my eyes and ears.
To be respectful, I will keep my voice at level zero during the performance.
To be kind, I will clap to show my appreciation for their effort and performance.

Our students have started working on our March PBIS school wide goal! This month, SBA will be focusing on RESPONSIBILITY!
Students will be working on keeping the classrooms and bathrooms clean! If we earn the classroom goal, students will get to earn a Dress Up Day of choice! If we earn the School Wide Goal, students will earn an Educational Video to watch!
Our students have been learning and practicing what it looks like to be RESPONSIBLE in these areas.

WOO! We did it! We achieved the Feb goal! Students earned 100 eagle way tickets in the lunchroom! We know this does not happen without the commitment of this absolutely amazing staff!
That means it is time to celebrate!
Activity Friday!
Grade levels will work together to host one, 20 minute activity in each grade level room. Students will be able to choose which grade level activity they would like to attend!

If you have a child who will be turning 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2023, it’s time to start thinking about Kindergarten Registration! Registration opened on February 1st, and this is an opportunity to come check out your child’s new school!
We are rocking our EAGLE Dance-A-Thon fundraiser! Last night’s challenge (most pledges & most donations raised) was won by the following classrooms:

These classrooms will have a popcorn party soon as their prize. Thank you to everyone for continuing to share and participate. Remember students can participate and receive a wristband by simply registering online. If it doesn’t work for your family to ask for donations, that is ok. Every student will get to participate in the Dance A Thon on Friday.

Welcome back from our 'extended' Presidents Day break!
We know that having an extra few days off can be fun and exciting, but it can also be exhausted and tiring. Not knowing what the next day could bring, especially when weather comes to play.
We hope to see many of our students back today ready to return to learning.

Last week, our students at SBA celebrated the 100th day of school! A wonderful milestone for our students because we've been learning and laughing for 100 days! Many classrooms celebrated all day of non-stop 100-day-of-school activities!
From arts and crafts, to munching on many fun snacks, to counting to 100 so many different ways! Just look at all of these fun faces!

🥳I Survived Celebration🥳
On February 9th, our SBA staff and teachers celebrated the final round of conferences and the first 100 days of school!
4 stations were set up in a room for our staff to come and compete against each other, for some AWESOME prizes!

Our kindergarten classes have been working hard on learning some skills during the month of January! We are very excited and proud of our friends, completing this wonderful goal!
